Practice Areas:
Mr. Lee practices in the areas of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on civil rights and municipal liability defense, personal injury, and insurance coverage and bad faith. Prior to joining Rider Kafer, P.C. in 2015, Mr. Lee worked in private practice, defending clients in all aspects of civil litigation, as well as advising on matters of insurance coverage. Mr. Lee further served as an Assistant City Attorney with the Denver City Attorney’s Office, representing municipal employees and agencies in complex civil litigation matters. Mr. Lee has extensive experience in the state and federal courts of Colorado, successfully representing clients at both the trial and appellate level.
