Practice Areas:
Mr. Riter is a shareholder of the firm. He practices in the areas of civil litigation with emphasis on insurance coverage, professional liability and commercial matters. Mr. Riter has extensive experience in both the state and federal courts of Colorado, successfully handling cases at both the trial and appellate levels. He has also represented clients in all alternative dispute resolution forums and regularly counsels his clients on pre-litigation insurance coverage and claims handling issues.
